  • Stage progress is always displayed as a bordered ASCII table (#·Stage·Status·Artifact columns)
  • In the live terminal the status column uses ✅ = Approved, 🔄 = In Progress, 🔒 = Locked (prerequisite incomplete). The screens on this page render them as [x], [~] and [-] so the box borders stay aligned in a monospace font.
  • After every action (save, approve, redo, correct) the main menu re-appears automatically
  • For every approved stage, BMAD++ appears as option B in its own section on the menu
